I'm hoping it follows the same rules as the recent Halloween hats.

Does not obscure the face or hair.

Can be worn after the festival because it's not some insanely niche imagery.

I'm still wearing the goggles and I'd love to increase my collection of potential festival hats to use.

I'm pretty sure that update then was in an update to help the ease of the actual wintersday update and how it gets implimented so not containing actual textures and content files.
