@ OP: I agree with Curse You. It only makes sense that you should have to put one of each item in the HoM.

This feature might actually be changing soon with the addition of Torment weapons. It'll be interesting to see if they do it the same with those, or whether they'll change it up.

instead of getting the weapons for yourself, get them for heroes. the destroyer weps are not the best/most unique skins because a lot of people got em for HoM. i wield the hammer, spear, and daggers. the rest are in heroes hands...

btw i dont see how you cant put a fire staff AND a fire focus in the same HoM. i got a blood staff, earth wand, and inspiration focus. in the HoM it just says "destroyer staff", "destroyer wand", and "destroyer focus". if you truly dont have a focus in there yet, and it wont let you add yours, presumably because its the same element, then yes it needs to be fixed.

you do realize that anet has already put out that HoM benefits in GW2 would only be cosmetic and not provide any real advantage . .. hmm maybe you should do some reading before making accusations of being led on.
