Doesn't really effect gvg much, but does the smaller areas of pvp (RA, TA, Etc.).

Spirits are pretty balanced as-is. They are not that hard to kill, and even when you're the Rit spawning power is so anemic it's tough to make a resilient spirit when fighting against an intelligent foe.
Since I play Rit more then Necro, if a nerf like your proposal did take place, I'd counter-argue that MMs should be limited in their minions in a similar fashion. Not that I think MMs should be nerfed, however if you do it for one, you gotta do it for all.

There is nothing wrong with spirits right now, they are limited to 1 of each type, they cant move, and therefore are easy to get away from, low hit points=easy to kill. Minion masters get like 9 or 10 minions at max death (i think 9) that follow them and are high lvls with decent hp. i love both mms and spirit spammers, but i think mms should be nerfed before spirit spammers
