I personally feel that on April Fool's day it would be a wonderful joke that when you were in an explorable area or a mission and you "clicked" the skill "Ursan Blessing" you died. That would be great, I would even leave PvP land and PUG up some PvE shits to watch that happen.

And since I just smacked you PvEers in the face with an idea, my "eff with PvPers" idea would be they could not emote, but people with high levels of the KaBD could emote. But only for the day, as you should not get an emote for stanidng in one spot for an entire weekend buying and eating bunnies to max a dumb title.

Ok, I saw the topic about the lack of a Thursday Nerf... What if that is going to be the April Fool's joke?

Massive nerf's and buff's to skills through out the game, like:

Ursan Blessing: changed to -1 energy degeneration, +15...30 armor and +130...250 health.

Glyph of Lesser Energy: decreased to 1 spell for 3...10 energy

and similar changes to incite rioting? More importantly, what if besides posting the changes they were actually implemented for the day? /StartChaos

Gender swap in PvP would be funny. Or making it so everyone looks like Npc's ( matching their class ) for a day. I dont expect much more. It would be lame if they do the same thing though.

IMO allowing 2 elites to be placed on your bar for Random Arenas would be a hilarious April fools joke.

anet keeps to traditional secular, "consumer holidays" so Im warning you all now, dont get your hopes high

anet's plenty busy on gw2 aswell (the old cliche excuse eh) and I want some freakin answers on what they plan for that

That's actually not that effective. Dust Aura applies AoE blindness for 10 seconds at the same recharge as that.
Plus, singet of midnight works better as a necro/mes so you can plague touch it off.

But yeah, 2 elite skills have a TON of hilarious abusable combos. Archane Echo, Echo, Glyph of Renewal, Meoteor Shower quadruple nuke?

Or, have those questions asked by all NPCs in all towns, before they do what they do what they are suppose to do.

I can see it now, "dang it, I died because of these stupid questions while trying to open my storage for the fifth time!"

Increase the drop rate for Perfect max r7 crystalines to 10% from all monsters in all areas, but when the player picks them up the items would change to an "April fool's card" that acts a consumable that simply grants 100 gold on use.

and then a timer starts :00:30.....when it reaches 0 they all reappear with "April Fools!!" over the guildwars store.

or even better yet----no matter what armor you are wearing, it now becomes FOW---even if you try to take it off---that would be horrible!!!

I doubt they will do anything that would hinder gameplay like fake deleting characters. There will always be nubs who don't get it and immediatly log out to go to Customer support. I doubt Anet want's a million emails asking "OMGZOR !!!!111eleventylulz!1 wWAr AR MY CARAKTRZ DEY ALL GON wTF !??!eleven??" sitting in their already cluttered inbox.

They will either Add a feature that is lulzy or fun in some way ( Like doing something to Random arena's like 2 elites , giving everyone Double health or something else clearly unbalanced but ridiculously hilarious, which no one would really care about since it is RA after all. )

Do something that only affects graphics like last time with the gender swap or making every armor set look like pink dyed FOW armor for a day. ( They will most likely do something like this again )

Or Add some lulzy fake drops and/or give out Jester holiday hats.
