This is somewhat off topic from the April Fools topic, but there were at least a few skill balances along with this update. Blessings (Ursan) are 30 sec recharge. That's all I've noticed so far.

Yeah, actually I just have a terrible memory. The skill hasn't been touched. I'd been using it this week for those pesky 4 man Tyrian missions on HM, and thought it had a different recharge. -1 point for Gryffindor.

I just tried for 5minutes to talk to the merchant in Kamadam and ended up warping all over the place. Odd as i just did a vanquish and had <100 ping all through it

I'm now on 30,000ms ping, wich I believe is 30second lag

EDIT : Just rezoned and i'm on 62ms ping, odd huh

Allow teams in RA, so we can absolutely rape the scrubs who come in fresh from Pre-searing, with a guild team, and see how many seconds it takes to wipe them.

Ooh, good point.

Any PvE character will still see it as normal RA random join; they'll just enter and then get pasted. The same goes for any bar containing Orison, Flare, Healing Breeze, Power Shot, Mending, etc. Grenth knows there are enough of those idiots running half-done PvE characters in RA. (People with fully decked out PvE characters would need to use a temporary PvP character for the duration.)
