Your favorite and worst looking Outpost
Nodensis
Sometimes i'm quite taking aback by outposts (both ways). After GWEN, we now have all the outposts we'll ever have.
So, purely looking at graphics and layout, whats your favorite and worst outpost?
My favorite looking: D'allesio Seaboard
My worst looking: Domain of Anguish

*Love: All of them, but specially The Barradin State. It just looks great in the middle of the open wide with all that grass. There are no much outposts like that one, inside another area and being able to see all around.
*Hate: None
Tryia:
*Love: hm... Henge of Denravi. Big, a lot of places to be, a nice stage, all NPCs... green... it has it all.
*Hate: Any outpost in Post-Searing Ascalon.
Factions
*Love: Ran musu gardens. Comfy. I like most Shing Jea and Echovald ones.
*Hate: The all-jade Luxon ones.
Nightfall:
*Love: The Astralarium. Go there and look up to to sky to know why.
*Hate: Torment. Specially the Gate of Pain.
Eye of the North:
*Love: Rata Sum. The first time I feel like being inside a big place outpost, even if is not the biggest. It's huge and square, so you see it all.
*Hate: None.

Have to say, imho the best was henge of denravi. First time there I was a total dorky lil' fan girl running around everywhere. Nowhere else has gotten quite the same reaction, although there have been a few "ah cool...." places.
Least fave...hmmm....cantha cities didn't do it for me at all bleh.

Proph:
Good: Henge of Denravi, I like how its so secluded and unpopulated, it could be an explorable
Bad: Marhans Grotto, it was the old Temple of Balthazar (accept the community wasnt as gulible so you couldnt play around with them). Its also just a circle with snares. I HATE SNARES.
Factions:
Good: Cavalon. I LOVE the layout. Its simple and you cant get lost, yet its artistic. Feels homey.
Bad: Very hard to say. So im gonna have to say Gyala Hatchery. Every time I look at that gate I wish with my life I could enter that explorable from that side.
Nightfall:
Good: Kodash Bazaar. It would rock as a main town! but it isnt...
Bad: Kamadan... SUCKS as a main town.
EN:
Good: Rata Sum. Sweet name, sweet surroundings, sweet layout.
Bad: Any outpost inthe Charr Homelands. They just cant stand up to the explorables around them. I love that area, why make subpar outposts?
PvP:
Good: Zaishen Challenge. Love the canthan style
Bad: Temple of Balthazar, hate the layout and hate the the fact that the structure in the back is just bulky and plain.

Its kinda more on the Charr side.
The fact that there arent more outposts make me mad too. I mean, that was the area I was looking forward to.

I used to love Marhan's Grotto, and then Fishmerman's Haven.
Now I'm in love with Tarnished Haven. Just a fun place to be, and it's sparsely populated. The NPC that calls out your titles just cracks me up.

Worst outpost: The Ebony Citadel of Mallyx.

i myself like Angory Rock the best, not only it has cool views, also because Crystal Desert out posts has the best sound track in the game

I like all outposts outside of Post Ascalon and dislike all outposts in Ascalon. It was Nuked to much to have any favourites.I don't really have any favourites outside sometimes Fishermans Haven or Camp Rankor.
Kusandaa
Boreas Seabed or Kodash Bazaar for my favorites. Boreas is wide and green, with a very summer-like atmosphere, while Kodash is colorful... and I love colorful.
Worse? Anything in the Desolation or in Kurzick territory.

The only outposts I really detest are the ones in southern shiverpeaks that make you walk really slow (ok, it's icy, I get it. ffs why do I have to walk slow IN TOWN to know it's icy)

Best: Tarnished Haven, Vlox's Falls. Both beautiful, green, watery outposts. Shing Jea Sherman is a riot in T.H..
Ember Light Camp: spooky, nightmarish scenery, without the foggy gloom of Realm of Torment and DoA.
Worst: Sunspear Sanctuary / Command Post. Walking outside to get skills and cap sigs and materials and so on, then having to walk back in to set up or drop off in Xunlai, then back out to kill stuff? Whose bright idea was THAT?
And going out to get a quest, only to find I REQUIRE a different hero than the three I brought, thus neccessitating ANOTHER trip inside, getting different party, and then BACK outside... just lame. Thoughtless. Pointless. Mundane. Obnoxious. Annoying.

Like: Kodash Bazaar, though I hate the process of getting there (maybe I like it because it's just a sigh of relief to finally get there)
Hate: Gate of Madness... Worst. Mission. Ever. I can't count how many times I've clicked "return to outpost" only to be taken back to that hell hole.

Henge of Denravi for peace and quiet. The jade sea is quite beatiful, as is the forest. I don't think is a single ugly outpost in guild wars

Best: Lion's Arch. Stuff is easy to find and nothing in the town is ugly or tacky.
Worst Looking:
Any of the towns in the Realm of Torment. It shouldn't take me five minutes to find storage.

Shadowlance.
Favorite outpost/town is Lion's Arch. It is well laid-out with visual variety and I'm especially glad they added that second storage chest area over by the hench.
Least favorite is the outpost that is conspicuously missing from Sacnoth Valley. There really needs to be an outpost on either the eastern or southern edges of Sacnoth Valley. Not only would it save the time of walking to Rragar's or Kathandrax but there's some serious eye-candy potential for an outpost to be built there.

Biostem
I like Senji's Corner as an outpost - straight and to the point, has all the stuff you need.
Kaineng Center definitely gets the congested urban feel across, but man is it a PITA to find anything.
Shing Jea Monastery has a beautiful Chinese feel to it, and isn't that hard to navigate.
The town you get to when you first get to the mainland in Nightfall is extremely dull.

Prophecies:
Best: Fisherman's Haven (Its peaceful there by the water), Beacon's Perch (I love climbing to the top of the mountain to where the beacon is and just looking down and around at everything. Its beautiful.)
Worst: Any in post-searing Ascalon, Granite Citadel (Its so darn hard to get to the storage )
Factions:
Best: Shing Jea Monestary, Ran Musu Gardens (peaceful, good music, lovely scenery)
Worst: Jade Sea outposts, and anywhere in Kaineng City. Vasburg Armory as well, its hard to find anything in there.
Nightfall:
Best: The Kodash Bazaar (Its colorful, and not dull like so many other outposts)
Worst: Sunspear Sactuary/Command Post (someone said why it sucked so much before) Anywhere in the Realm of Torment is bad too.
Eye of the North:
Best: Rata Sum (Very cool place)
