This guy, whoever he is (Hmm, I wonder), is probably someone who learned it from someone else and is reading their instructions on how to do it every time he does it. If he was the one who re-discovered it, I'd seriously think he'd be smart on how to use it. His name is enough to imply that he's nothing but an attention seeking little pike. This will only end badly for him, as Arenanet will ban him, and most likely fix the exploit.
Now, since that's overwith, I say we move the discussion to a far more valuable topic, such as the rebalancing of the mesmer, and the much needed Spiteful Spirit move to Domination Magic.

2. I would think not, since more than one people can play on the same IP addy, and also the people ANet bans would end up buying new account = More money for ANet, wouldn't be very business smart to IP ban from that standpoint

If he gets no attention, and knocks out everyone in the game, well done him. However, he'll have nobody to 'admire' his skills, so I sincerely doubt he will.
If you ignore him, give him no attention until he's banned, then it just keeps the problem local.
Ironically, I always get that out of memory error after leaving GW on for 3:30 hours, iirc, same code as well
