Back in the day I would have said that their are no "top skills" which has some truth to it, but their are a few skills that just always seem to find its way into the meta or at least stay usefull no matter what and I think they deserve credit, so lets list em.

Here is what I think: ( no particular order )

1. ) [skill]reversal of fortune[/skill]
-just pure win. This skill is not only fast and quickly recharged for what you get, but it can also be used as a buffer for casting more powerful straight heals during a minor spike. Most good monks know how Rof can allow targets to be kept alive just long enough to get a full heal, and thats why it deserves top 3 imo.

2. ) [skill]Distracting shot[/skill]
-Good use of this skill can destroy a team almost irregardless of what they run. Compared to most other interrupts only magebane is better, which is elite. Its also one of the few skills that work just as good at 0 ap as 16 ap.

3. ) [skill]Siphon Speed[/skill]
-Poor underrated siphon speed. People tend to overlook this skill since it belongs to a one-dimensional class without realizing that what you get for its cost is the easiest snare and speed buff in the game useable with very few ap's. Im somewhat glad more X/A's dont use this since it would get narfed if it was.

Amazing skills tbh. I don't think I need to state why they're good skills.

Also, siphon speed is far from underrated.

How can siphon speed be underrated on 1 in every 2 sins bar?

Critical strike, nice to get your favorite skill buffed everytime you log on, nice damage quick recharge and unlimited energy

I'd say its more underrated in terms of its usefullness for other classes. It can be a good kiting skill on a monk. Its extremely underrated on trappers, and a good skill for dervish to stop kiters as well.

Simply awesome utility for Warriors/Paragons. Lots of builds for both run on adrenaline, so this is helpful in almost every situation.

This flew under the radar for such a long time, for being such a great skill. Too bad for the nerf, but it is still runable. I mean, an unstrippable interrupt of any spell/skill with activation over a second? Any warrior with this is awesome, and just think of a Lyssa derv? :drool:
[skill]Protective Spirit[/skill]
This is obvious...I mean, this skill has been keeping people alive for ages and it is the best at protection.
Elites
[skill]Offering of Spirit[/skill]
The best e-management in the game, imo. Period.
[skill]Word of Healing[/skill]
Why would a monk not take this skill when healing? Recent buffs make this the clear winner.
[skill]Dragon Slash[/skill]
This skill is almost a mainstay on my warrior bar. Under "FGJ!", this skill almost recharges itself, making it completely badass. I enjoy running this w/ a Conjure and is pretty much the only elite I run with warrior anymore.

If it is not obvious, I mainly play my Warrior, Rit, and recently Monk, but yeah... my honest opinion.

Okay since everyone listed the obvious top 3, I'll mention some others too:

Frenzy - Why? Why not? Faster attack speed = more damage and more adrenaline

Ineptitude -works well in both PvP/PvE, even after all nerfs

Pious Haste - Dunno why but I love it, I use enchant-less build on my dervish anyway so this is my allways ready run stance to catch those monks. And this skills works quite well even with 0 on mysticism.
