Ye that'd work excellent on spikes. It is way better as it is. For AB/Arenas try to cancel it before you die. In pve dont use it. In high-end pvp tell your monk to stop failing and PS you.
Miss = fail.

Why exactly do you want it changed? It's not underpowered, it's not overpowered. It's arguably the best IAS for a warrior. Keep it as it is.

No, I did it because it makes more sense. When you're on a Frenzy, you pay attention to how much damage you're taking, but not how accurate you are. So, with Frenzy, instead of taking more damage, you would miss more. Because if you're in a Frenzy, you're just throwing wild blows against an enemy, trying to hit them, not worrying about if you're going to be hit or not. When you're taking damage while in a Frenzy, it snaps you back to reality, thus, realizing you're taking damage. Which is why it doesn't make sense to take double damage.

TO OP: NO, you know why? Because Frenzy is GOOD the way it WAS, It IS and It WILL! Change it so it misses 10% = For Iway noobs who spam skills and don't care if it hits!

Step 2: Go to the run menu and enter "format C:\" (without quotation marks)

I do believe this nonsense has gone on for long enough. Shame on you all for not seeing how terrible Frenzy is. Hopefully ArenaNet will see this thread and change the skill to work exactly as the OP wishes it to.
