Isle of the Dead: repositioned the outer archers.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that caused Wrathful Storm creatures in the Realm of Torment to use incorrect art.
Fixed a bug that could cause a gap in the female Mesmer's hair upon character creation.
Fixed a bug with the texture on Cynn's dress.

I was hoping for a nerf to distracting shot.

You also can't ping skills with this update. When you try, it shows up as a blank line.

screenie of the broken UI. I'm attempting to ping natural healing and harrier's haste here. However, you can still ping enchantments and other buffs/debuffs on yourself.

Wow GG on the sarcasm. The comment I made was more refering to the fact that they did not mess with any of the skills. They had been on a roll buffing and debuffing skills lately. Was kind of surprised that they didn't do anymore.
