If I had a nice high rating in healing prayers, Mending hands down. If not, then Watchful Spirit would do. You could regenerate. People talk about a skill that could rez someone, why would you want that. The earth is over populated as it is and people die for a reason.

Mend ailment would be the best, cause you could just use it over and over, and use it on yourself (unlike RC). That would be the most useful anyway, other than resing.
Although, a FUN skill to have in real life would probably be any type of shadow stepping skill that allowed teleportation. Yay, I'm a jumper!
