Allow Exploration to FA/JQ without entering mission

I definitely agree and have been hoping for quite some time that they would make a change to this. The one time I went into JQ for mapping, I got reported and got a "dishonorable." Even though I researched builds, brought good skills and was actually participating in the match. My carto title is still stuck at 98.xx%.

I finished this title just a few hours ago and it is still possible to do it :



This is about all I didn't get. (I took the 0.4% of eredon)
