I'd never delete my Ele.. because I've been collecting armor and titles on her for a long time and It'd be boring to get it back again.
Also 140 mill xp..
Also 140 mill xp..
StormDragonZ
All five of my characters have Triple Protector and (soon for my Necromancer) have Legendary Skill Hunter.
That's my reason. Plus, I could easily have just said I don't need a reason. I never plan to delete any of my characters.

Tatile
I'd never delete my main (Necromancer) for the fact that I've dragged her through three campaigns, have several Elite Sets on her (I don't really know how to farm either <.<), she's fun to use and effective and I have a weird emotional attachment to that bundle of pixels.
Similar reasons extend to my Monk, Ritualist and Warrior

Nevin
I would never delete my Warrior because hes the only character I've touched in the last 7 months, and I only played him 3 or 4 times.

So... how did you manage to burn off all but 109 skill points at >100M exp? o_O
Anyway, mine is my Assassin as well for his playability and collector stuff and my Ele for sentimental value.

Lucky/Unlucky are account based.
Which means everyone is expendable.

Kashrlyyk
Aerie Canine, elementalist, she is the one character that, over the course of the next 10 years, will get all the titles I can bear getting.
Tonis
I'd never delete my Ranger because i really want the third year gift in two months.
And because it was my first toon.
And because it was my first toon.

Dronte
I'd never delete my warrior, because she has too many customized stuff/armor/titles -.-
Chrono Re delle Ere
I would never delete my war, first character, because he smash heads.
warren_kn
I don't think I'd delete any of my chars, but definitely not my Monk who's my first character who I made on the day GW was released, my warrior who has all my titles etc. and my necro which is (imo) the most fun class to play.
DarkGanni
My warrior, has been my 2nd character and my favorite also spent and worked too much on him to delete, I'd go crazy without him.

I Is Special
My first warrior. Its my oldest char, and even though its now a mule without any titles whom i never play anymore....its will never be deleted. Sentimental values.
Kusandaa
My necromancer:
Oldest char, name has sentimental value (borrowed his name from a good friend of mine), a lot of investment both in time and gold... and I really love playing necromancer. This guy is never gonna get deleted.

I deleted my main. I'd have no problem doing so again.
Conan is due in May. Rest will be deleted then.

My necro, he grew on me after nearly 3 years.
How do you only have 109 Skill Points at 97mil XP? Do you continually buy consumables?

I don't think I could delete most of my characters. The only ones I could are the three I'm trying to get survivor for... but even then I might not if they die.
I'd wait until Conan came out and I had a chance to play it before deleting my GW chars.
And can I have your stuff?

I would never delete my Ranger, because he is my first and oldest character - I have memories on him from when everything was new and awesome. When I play on other characters, I don't get feelings like that. Oh, he's loaded too compared to my others.
I'd never delete my warrior either, she is my second oldest and shares an equal amount of good times.
@ the OP: A sin who's a main?! WITCH!!!

I'd never delete my necromancer. He's my oldest character. It's to bad he's got the stupidest name ever.

I'll never delete any of my 10 characters.
One of each profession.
Why? Because it would be murder. And this is GW. There is no place for re-rolling or remaking characters.
That's why Survivor and LdoA are a couple of aberrations.

I was just wondering how you could have spent 40 million on consumables when that takes more exp than even your abundant exp can cover...
So, if you have all the materials required to make a consumable you would need:
40 million divided by 250g = 160000 skill points
But let's say you spent money on materials and let's say you bought a really expensive consumbable and spent 3k per (that's pretty expensive since you're hoping to make a profit) you would need:
40 million divided by 3k = 13,333 skill points
My ele has only earned 5,428 skill points over her 77 million exp. (see picture below) Double that would only be a little less than 11,000 skill points over 154million exp.
Even 150 million exp will only yield around 10,000 skill points for consumables.
This is only assuming you spent nothing on skills or you would have even less points.
This is also assuming you bought a consumable at the expensive 3k, but you probably bought it for less -- otherwise you wouldn't make 3x the profit like you said you made -- meaning you would have needed more than 13,333 skill points...
Sorry for this long comment, but I get really curious when things just don't quite add up. Did you have many other well experienced characters also buy consumbables with their points because your assassin alone couldn't have possibly acquired enough to buy 40 million worth of consumables with just over 140 million exp?
Thank you in advance if you choose to answer my question. Anyways, I wouldn't delete my ele or my rit ^^

I'd never delete my monk, especially now that she has a HoM packed to the rafters with freebies for GW2.
On the other hand, I can delete any char that isn't my monk without so much as a flicker of guilt, and frequently do.

I'd never delete my Warrior, because of all the crap I've gone through to get her Legendary Survivor and all the stuff she has other than that. Too much sentimental value to even consider deleting her.

I wouldnt delete my warrior because its almost 26 months old and is the only character I really play. I enjoy the warrior skills and the fun factor of smashing monsters with my axe.
PS: Wow to all you people with 70 mil xp, 90 mil xp. How many hours a day do you play? Where do you grind xp? That is a serious amount of xp! Very cool! My warrior (main character from proph) has 2,397,376 xp, 268 skill points earned, 172 spent. 1,477 hours and 18 minutes over 25 months out of 1,781 hours and 53 minutes total, (the rest of my time has gone into my dervish and new character farming)
I must say, I salute your dedication to GW. I would have to stop playing other games, reading and other activities to even compete with your hardcore playing.

They get out maybe once a week to go to dinner and a movie, But if someone instead stayed home to game, nothing wrong with that.
I don't think its fair to judge someone elses living habits because they are not how you yourself would live. What defines having a life? Going out side? being social in person? Or enjoying every moment of the day?
I'd say that people who play gw a lot, and have millions apon millions of xp have a very fun life. Sounds better than working 14 hours a day, coming home, going to sleep, just to wake up and go back to work for another 14 hours. and spending days off sleeping.
I doubt any of us are making millions of dollars driving race cars or acting in movies or going into outerspace. We each live our own lives in different ways, Playing games is a hobby and a sport to some, So you can play games most of the time and still have a rich fullfilling life.
And friends can hang out while we play, or they can join in and play the game with us. And as you grow older and have more and more responsibilities, You often see friends less and less. Its part of life. I see my friends maybe once a month due to living distance and responsibilities. But I still have a lot of friends despite that. And so do they.
We all have a "Life", even if others do not like or accept how we spend our time.

My Ranger, because I've invested alot in him and he's my main.
Also my PvP 'Sin (Pelt The Rabbit) because he was who I HB'd with.
