A nice present would be to remove all PvE skills and consumables and to add separate skillsets.

The only birthday gift that would be awesome would be GW2 news and concept art. Mini pets, events, consumables have all been done before so that wouldn't be much of a birthday surprise now would it.

No, not birthday cupcakes again, that'd be bad. But birthday cakes would be the way to go.

Call, for arguements sake, 3 cupcakes equal to one cake.

Cupcake: For 10 minutes, your maximum health is increased by 100, your maximum energy is increased by 10, and your movement speed is increased by 25%.

That's... not even close to true. HM was announced in like Decemeber and came several months late.
