It actually depends on the time you buy it. During the GW b-day where party stuff was dropping like crazy, you could easily buy fireworks at about 150g each which was 2 points at the time. I remember 2 weeks before that, I sold about 1k points for close to 3 mil so yeah.

Those who want cheap sweet/drunkard/party titles, just wait till events come up. Stock up on things you could trade for the consumables beforehand because prices will skyrocket during the festivals.

Didn't cost me a thin dime to get 4500 party points and 2500 sweet tooth points. It's called farming and planning it out.

As for 5 mil gold...dunno. Save it for something special maybe, or possibly feel generous and give stuff away. Can never tell what will come up next.

If you want to get very literal, then with your reasoning you cant have anymore than 999 gold. Because then it would be platinum.
A true millionaire in RL (if he is smart) doesn't have millions of dollars in cash. He owns Businesses, Corporations, Stocks, etc.. adding up to millions of dollars of assets/investments.

But what would i do with another 5 mil gold? Id buy more armbraces.

I've peaked at 1200~~ ectos at the time they were 5k each and I ended up spreading them around and buying so many useless things it doesn't make any sense. GW gold isn't much of a use, should just sell it on ebay tbh. :P

(that's how I started, by being given 5k in shing jea when I started... felt like the richest player in GW ^^)

Buy a FoW armor and some other armors, save the rest and spend it when you feel like it.
Possibly when you stop playing buy everything (with the exception of extremely rare mini's) you need to fill up HoM.

That's what I did & plan to do :P

If I had the gold I would wait till I saw someone selling something cheap like a collectable drop. Open a trade window with them and give them 100 k for it. When they wanted only 15 gold. Make someone elses day at least once or twice

5 mill isn't that much... I'd spend it all on titles, and might be able to max out 3 with that money. Drunk, Treasure, Wisdom, maybe Confection.

5 mill isn't enough to really do as much as you think you could do. Prime on all, mini pet collection. .... You'd be suprised how quick it disapears. Invest in marketable items. Corps. Arms. Ecto. Rare weapons that hold value.

i have 2k to my name, and i just farm w/e crap i want when i need it. the game pretty much loves me and gives me elite tomes/greens when i want them, and i have all the armors that i want for my characters (6 or 7 elite, 1 obs), and every caster skin/weapon set in my favorite skins (other than maybe 5 torm shield...)

sadly, i have such a lack of rl outside of college courses and the occasional party, that i too have at least this sunk into one character.

I don't see it as a accomplishment, I see it as a statement of how un-inventive I am at coming up with something to do when there's nothing to do, so no, i'm not stroking my e-peen.
