pay someone to HFFF my kurzick title to max (too lazy to do it myself)
buy an obsi armor or 2 for some of my toons
buy the last remaining armor pieces for my heroes
if there's anything left: lockpicks or some everlasting tonics.
Oh and finally buy all remaining primary skills for each of my characters and cap the primary elites on all of them. Never seem to get round to that :P

5 Million Gold is less than half what is needed per character to complete the things for HoM titles that cost money. To be worth getting for me I would need around 120 million gold to cover all 10 characters.

Use it on sweet tooth/party/drunkard/cap sigs, and get my dervish, monk and ele a nice set of elite armor each. (Not that my monk doesn't have enough, but I spoil her tremendously.) I'd give some away, because I don't think I can actually spend 5 mil on just all of that, especially since I don't want FoW sets.

I think a lot of people are missing the fact that the Drunkard/Sweet Tooth/Party Animal titles all cost 1-2 million each...
And most of the time closer to 2 million.

Hmm. *calculates* I probably had it easier because my guildies who have that title/don't want that title are willing to give me their sweeties, so I probably saved a lot of cash on that account. Admittedly I also farmed a lot of tokens during festivals, which probably made things cheaper.
I think it depends on how far down you are already and whether or not you buy everything. I'm about 1/4 of the way through my sweets title and in order to have spent 1 million on it I'd have spent 250k already - which is not the case.

Sweet tooth and Drunkard points are 100g each, minimum. Really, you'll probably end up buying for 125 or 150, which means you're spending 1-1.5 million gold on each of those titles. Party points are way more expensive, from what I've seen. A set of FoW is still at around 650k. Those "cheap" rare items that are "only" 100k+30e and such are still around 250k, roughly.
5 million gold can make you comfortable as in the mid-range of GW, but it means nearly nothing for high-end stuff.
