My Tyrian elementalist, which I deleted in the excitement of Factions for a Factions elementalist, which got a dragon mask, which I then deleted because I liked the Tyrian one more.

heh, this was a long long time ago, but I had about 7-8 HoD Swords in my storage... anyways, my storage was getting full so I decided to just delete them to clear up space, because I could easily just go back and craft some more if I needed them right?

I merched my 15k druids chest armor (when prof was only campaign) not once,not twice but three different times,If that wasnt bad enough it was when black dye was like 12k and the dye mix i used for all 3 was black+black+black+silver=gun metal you can do the math of how much gold that made me lose.

As a pvper back in the day when sigils where worth alot, I Had a pvp char filled nearly to the top with sigiles atleast 20 on the char, and I was ha'ing so I went to re-roll the char (This is long before pvp quick equipment) and I lost all the sigils on that char

I've deleted 15k armors like the plague (Tyrian) because they all became out of fashion soon after Factions arrived.
The only thing I regret deleting was the Green Dragoncrest Axe. It was my only weapon for my Axe warrior. Soon after, that warrior was deleted to make room for a better warrior! LOL.

Merched an ecto to the Amnoon Oasis NPC because I had no idea what it was for. Also remember having a gold max 15 > 50% brute sword back in the day that probably was merch fodder

Edit: to stay on topic, the worst thing ive deleted was a 1st year mini pet (when that was the only minipet possible) it looked ugly to me so i deleted it. No clue which one it was.

I've been pretty lucky about deleting things but the worst I've ever done was delete a character with 60k on it. Not much but I could always use an extra 60k.

I just junked a bow I use on my ranger a few days ago. Fortunately, it was just a collector bow (feathered longbow), but it had mods on it.
I got lucky that I had extra copies of the mods in storage, and it only took me about 15 minutes and 500g to get a replacement copy, and that it wasn't one of my more expensive weapons.
Besides that, I purposely deleted a Necro with elite armor because I disliked the face that much. Character has since been remade with a new copy of the armor and a better face.

Rage deleted my first Mesmer because she died 60k xp from rank 3 survivor. She had a set of Luxon 1k dyed black.
Deleted my first Dervish because she was stuck at Dzagonur Bastion [yes, I know it's an easy mission, but way back then everyone I knew did the even easier Dasha Vestibule :P]. She had a set of Vabbian and Elite Sunspear.
Hmm... Who else... Lol...
I'm considering deleting my 3rd Dervish because I hate his name. He only has Vabbian so far though. :P

I won't post my character deletions, as those are usually purposefully done. However, my friend whom I convinced to buy the Factions CE for a Kuunavang deleted his character who was holding it. He planned on selling it.

i deleted my 1st monk cuz i wanted to try ele, that was pre-buy a slot update, and pre factions too, so all we had were 4 character slots.
that monk was my gold mine for a while, and i deleted her when i was tired of 55ing, i tough ill never use her again.... needless to say she had most of the prophecies elited and skills, all teh missions done etc.
well, RIP The Cuttest Monk and hello Cutie Monk created as soon as factions came out and i had 2 more character slots....
also i merched my first good drop ever, back in the day when Sorrows Furnace was new i went to SF with henchies and Drago droped his flat bow.... i was sooooo happy i tough i won the lottery, and while merching i lagged and yea.. we all know how lag+merching ends.
