My friend deleted her monk with about 35 million exp on it (troll lover), black armor etc etc because she thought 55 was nerfed (this was a while back). She has never been the same since haha.

The closest I've come to "deleting" something has been getting excited and dying bags black, but that's different.

First gold item I ever got. Gold R10 + xhp/ -x dmg (can't remember, but it was somethin worthwhile) Magmas shield. I deleted because i said to myself "theres no way I would want my strength up that high to use this thing, even if I did want to use strength in the first place." Some guy who was helping me on missions got pretty friendly with me and eventually gave me some stuff including some sword and that shield. Sure wish I had kept it.

Well, this was back at 2006 when I'd just started playing the game. I was fooling around and killing monsters, when suddently a Black Dye dropped! I had no idea what it was so I just sold it to some random merchant for like 10 gold. A few minutes later I noticed it was worth like 8k gold. -.-

I merched a stack of ecto and a stack of obshards back in the days when they were worth 19k per ecto and 8k per shard. Yes... that was fun. But, alas, I had 5000 more in storage back then. I miss being rich.

Deleted a PvP char i was using as a mule after emptying her inventory (or so i thought). Lost 10 of my 11 destroyer weaps. They were already dedicated so, not such a big loss (would have loved to save the spear rather than a stupid fire staff though)

it wasnt stupid, i wanted to delete him, as with every other character on my account, and GW program itself...
i guess that was the smartest thing i deleted. i cant remember the stupidest thing i deleted...i pay decent enough attention when deleting stuff.

Not quite a deletion, but I once managed to buy 2 superior vig runes during a lag spike back when they were worth about 90k each......then managed to compound it by selling one back to the normal merchant for about 25g *eek*

i remember deleting a perfect eternal shield (+30 -5/20 req9) fresh from a smite a few months after release, i stopped playing gw for a while just cause of that rofl. merchant loves his new shield

I've deleted a bunch of characters since release; I definitely regret deleting some of them since some had a few sets of elite armor and all of their respective professions elite skills. As a result, I've also lost out on getting the newer birthday mini pets.

I crafted my necros luxon 15k as MM armor, before inscriptions. Deleted it, then remade it once inscriptions came out.
I currently have like 6 unused characters with about 3-4 15k armors on them. Not deleted, but if they were I wouldnt notice.

When i purchased Nightfall, I decided to play through it on a new dervish instead of my main ranger. I played a lot on that derv and he was my main for a long time. He also had half of his primeval armor because I wasn't good at making money then, and I wasn't able to purchase the rest. After taking a six month break from GWs, I returned, collected his bday present, and deleted him because I was really bored with dervs. Recently, I have been really wanting to play a dervish, and I have started a new one. Needless to say, I really wish I still had my old one

My very pretty paragon was heartlessly deleted by me, who being noob thought OMG PARAGONS DON'T DO SHIT.
Could've gave her nice armor dyed white, a VS, and run imbagon all day...sigh. Can't delete my chars now grown too "attached", so to speak.

And i deleted a pvp ele with a r9 water frog scepter.
Also sliped and deleted my assassins fow top meaning to delete the last piece of my 15k kurz i no longer used.(i should quit playing when tired)
Now after realizing im an idiot,ive started paying attention and using blocks(torm weps work nice) on all my good items.
Also if salvaging counts as deleting,set of necro fow,set of ranger fow and 2 sets of chaos gloves. got 25e from one set of chaos. ^^

Not really deleted, but I merched my first -50hp cesta. As newb who has never heared of 55hp monks a -50 hp item seems totally useless.

As a green collector, I once merched Ryvers Bow during a lag spike (never had another drop for me since). Also deleted a couple of pieces of my Rit's 15k exotic through salvaging thinking they were the 1.5k exotic pieces.
