sometimes dc but not always.

Glad to see others are having similar connection issues. I thought it might have been the new firewall I installed.
Had mass lag spikes in RA but I didn't disconnect. I thought it may have to do with something on my side because when I came back, my teammates were almost done with the opponent.

Had to reconnect a few times, and rubberbanded a few times, kind of annoying when you are trying to walk next a shield golem. Nice to know it wasn't just me.
On a hopefully unconnected note we just had to reset our modem.

Btw: No err7 here. Everything working just fine. Had some minor lag earlier during Assault on the Stronghold so I decided to do a CoF run insted of HA not to bother others.

Normaly I'm the one that says what lag when other compain about it but latety i've been geting nasty lag spikes and today was so bad I gave up trying to do anything.
Glad to see its not just me then. I hope its gets sorted out soon.
BTW mystica not seen pings that bad since wintersday 2007 in kamadan AM 1. When I had an avg ping of 35k LOL

Pretty much all this week and last weekend I've had a case of lag/disconnect where I can't load an area up. It has made GW for the most part unplayable. I know it isn't my connection because this has never happened to me before and also everything else on my computer that utilizes the internet works just fine.

Have no lag right now, but I've had earlier. I came back to my computer a while back, after AFKing, and I had been d/c'ed from my flist and such. Lagged a bit after too.

Since last week I have an average ping of 500+. Normally i have a avg ping of < 100. Last 2 days avg ping > 1000. Multiple DC's last few hours.
I was doing Urgoz and Deep today with our alliances and we got 2-3 players disconnected halfway. Everyone lost connection during these runs.

I think Anet's servers are overheated
and should buy some new ones.

Massive lag issues here too (in the UK but on US servers) - also had lots of "connecting" messages when trying to log on and last night I could not load 5 characters who were in our GH. Could load any that were in towns and outposts but it plain refused to load any that were in the GH for about 30 minutes.
BUT the killer was, I loaded my other account up to see it that was having similar issues, and it came up first time no problem, so switched back to my other account and it was sluggish but loaded.....but I was presented with a character select screen with all my characters for that account PLUS all the other characters from the other account!!
Very wierd.

I was having bad lag last night NZ time (haven't been on for 12 hours). Wasn't disconnecting but the rubber banding was awful.

I was getting odd lag spikes. About every 2 or 3 minutes for the space of maybe 5 seconds everything would lag to the point where I couldn't do anything then it'd go back to normal. To say it was annoying would be an understatement.

/sigh disconnects interrupted a promising urgoz run for my guild.
I guess we shouldn't have made the attempt in the first place as we were aware of the lag problems but too late for that now. Everything was going great and then suddenly disconnects one after the other. O well just have to hope anet gets this fixed asap
