Ah-tax is how I say it. Can never imagine saying ah-che for it.

I also have been saying ambrace instead of armbrace for the past 2 years, until recently ^^

Actually Caiman is another word for Crocodile. So yeah, it's a relative of the Alligator, but you should just say Croc.

And I say Aatxe "aah' tex" and i'm not changing for anyone.

I say "Look-son", and "Zhinn" (a frenchyrussianish 'J' sound).

I always had trouble with good old Kryta. "Kraita" or "Kreeta"?... I've heard it thousands of times in cut scenes, and I still can't remember -_-

Anthems to the Welkin at [Dusk]. 2 man guilds are king.

Aatxe was only pointed out to me recently. But usually I just use descriptive words for monsters anyway, like many of the above they are 'scary cows'.

I've seen some KILLER mis-spells of Unwaking Waters, which I can't repeat (so you can imagine for yourself).

And the greatest thing I've ever seen is someone wanting a run to 'Sorrow's Furniture'.

Had guildies who said 'excavate' for 'eviscerate' (archaeology mini-game?) and 'abdomen' instead of 'abaddon' and 'easter seal' instead of 'ether seal'.... that was a pretty dyslexia-heavy guild....

As for Luxon, I always used the Latin pronunciation of Lux (meaning light) with the short u sound. and just tacked -on on it.

I've always just pronounced Aatxe as At-ix
Luxon as Lux-in
Kurzick as..Kur-zick
Kryta as Cry-Tuh
Xunlai as Zun-lie
Zaishen as Zy-shin
Lion's Arch as Lion's Arc (just sounds better.)
Kanaxai as Kon-ah-zy. (Ah similar to as or ask.)
Shing Jea as Shing J (Literally pronouncing it as J.)
Xaquang Skyway as Zah-Kwong (Ah in this case pronounced like Aw)
Djinn..it's hard to describe..Sort of like Shin with a Z. Zshin? Or Gin?
Sousuke I always pronounced as S-ow-skey. (Split the s and ow to prevent the pronunciation of So.)

Oh and I love it when people misspell my name in-game, especially when I thought it impossible. Especially funny hearing it during Team Fortress 2.

Spy disguised as Gmr Lemon!

In-game I get stuff like Lion, Len, Lemon. On my other characters they don't even bother trying to spell it completely. For Vilune I get Vil, Viruluezen I get Viru, and Releveir gets Rel or Relev.

Fun stuff.

'Luxon' is 'lux-on'.
'Kurzick' is 'kur-zick'.

Ok, then, oh, eh, how could I explain you the prononciation.......

Tx is a basque sound that in spanish means Ch. So: Aatxe= Aache

Or you can call it by its alternative name: Etsai.
The choice is yours.

Almost. Djinn is, well, gin or jinn, whatever ;p Kanaxai is correct, Urgoz is more like urr-goes, kurzick is more like ,,kur-cick''. All Kurzicks have their names/locations much like German, where Z is pronounced between S and C. It's like in word ''cease'', the C is pronounced like Z in Kurzick.

A mispronounciation that i noticed thats actually in the game is during the Ascalon Cinematics in Prophecies. Whenever somebody is supposed to say "Ascalonians" during the cines they pronounce it "Ascalons," completely leaving out the ian part of the word which is usually written as "Ascalonians" the bottom of the screen while they say it.

I just have to know ...

Is it Piken Square as in "I'll mount your skull on my pike!", or Piken as in, "That Charr, all he does is sit around pickin' his nose!".
