FINAL CONSIDERATION: Why nerf SF? Are you so freakly jealous cos sins can farm the UW, some places in DOA only cos they can use SF??? If you are so jealous and don't wanna use [ursan blessing] just use the old-school way to farm and have fun.

What's the problem if sins can farm 10 ectos per run in UW?? Then what do they do with 1000ectos??? When u have all the fashion weapons, armors, equipement you want, what you need more???

If you wanna make money in normal way then go farming or get the Ursan Blessing and stop moaning cos sins can solo the Choas Plains.....

What's the matter if now everyone can make a sin and become rich in ectos and rare weapons??? There will be always a lot of ppl that cannot do it or don't like to do it or that don't like to farm.

I used Shadow form alot a while ago on my ele, farming Ravenheart Gloom when it was still profitable. And that wasnt permanent.

I dont really care about those SF sins, hell its great for people that have a sin, but people that do the occasional 55/SS farm are completely forgotten now

, UW has become an Ursan/Solo SF place now, and no room for poor old me

Guess Ill have to earn my ectos by trading them for zkeys then...

Geez i just wanted to say that all the thread about SF is about farming, and Z-Keys are also another kind of growing market as ectos have always been. It was just a comparison.

I posted what i wanted to say about ppl doing a sin only for permanent SF.
I did the same as well, i'm in need of money to buy new skills, some weapons i like, so even if i don't like to play assassin i found it's an easy way to do solo farm almost wherever i want. Thing that is not possible for other classes. I can keep on farming ectos at the smites with my dervish, but it's really boring and i get an ecto so far if i'm lucky......if very very lucky an ecto and a gold....if very very very lucky i also find a chest..but since i spent like 100k and farmed like 20 ectos i thought: why not make a sin so i can farm more places for rare things i can sell or simply goign on farming the UW, which i really LOVE as area!!

If you think this is stupid or noobish i don't really care....If ANet did skills like [ursan blessin] or [shadow form] why should they nerf them so that they become useless????

Everything got abused in GW, not only SF.

Tender, the devs made alot of horribly weak or imbalanced skills because they didn't think about what would happen.

Things like Ursan were just a way of saying: "Fcuk PvE."

My Character Slots were full. I could have removed my PvP Slot and made a Sin but i couldn't do that. So I bought another Character slot from the online store and made a PvE Sin. He is leved to 20, ascended, and now in ToA farming Ecto with all the other A/E's there.

@Tyla: you right dude, but i think that Ursan Blessing or SF gave a concrete opportunity to all classes to farm elite areas....Ursan with Ursan teams and Sf for solo farming.
Not all classes can do lot of farm; when i had no Ursan Blessing i could only solo some places in Elona, some places in Tyria, and make smites run in UW that cost 1k each time and you are not sure you will get a single ecto.
Than i began with Ursan and i could do DoA, FoW, UW with Ursan teams....

What i mean is that SF is good for farming and nothing more....just let ppl use and abuse of it...ecto's price will maybe (or not) fall down...there will be something else to be used as trading material.

took like 5 tries but i did get there ^^

I do like playing the sin class but i can almost never find a elite skill wich i really like for my builds

You used a Derv. what build may I ask and how good was it although I know Warriors can still do the UW solo.I wouldn,t mind knowing if you got to the Plains of Chaos with a Derv.

Mine's six months old - I already was using Shadow Form for UW farming back then. Was convenient that I still had the +4 Shadow Arts mask.

Also convinced guildies, friends and a couple of random people to use the build. Showed them all how it worked and helped set their 'sins up too, plus gave an ecto out if I got more than two.

If there's a crash in the ecto market, sorry. It was probably my fault for showing every friendly random I come across the entire farming run. XD

Nope, I've had 3 PvE Sins, my current sin I made about 3 months ago.
I made my first sin like year ago when I bought factions, I've always liked the class, don't know why I deleted my first and second sin.

Nope.

I made mine a day before factions release on the day of the tengu festival. Completed factions with it 2nd in line of all my characters, nightfall 3rd (playing alongside a 2nd sin from my guild, shiro cried

).

Not yet completed eotn yet but thats because i don't want any new armour.

My sin has always had playtime and wil continue to do so regardless of the buffs/nerfs to shadow form.

I must admit that I made a Sin for Perma-SF farming and running, though after I've played for 16 days now, beaten EOTN, and gotten some Elite Armor - I've found I really do like the Sin.

Already had a sin for ganking people in pvp, and a pve sin from ages back when factions first came out. Haven't really put much effort into her, though she's finished factions, NF and GWEN. Can't be bothered playing through proph's, so I'm stuck around LA. I might just run myself to SC or droks when I can be bothered. Then finish off the back half of the tyrian missions one day.

Actually, if the sapphires and rubies were required in same number as ectoes and shards in FoW, FoW armor would be BARELY costlier. Barely because it's 5x5k vs 5x15k. Because shard + ecto = 6k, sapphire + ruby = 6k. Materials depend on profession.
