What do you mean "animated?"

A lot of weapon skins have animation in them. For example one of the more popular skins out there right now, the Celestial Compass, has a lot of rotation in it. Assuming you have your graphics set to high of course.

On topic: BMP is great. Not only are the stories and the things you have to do fun, but you can also abuse them for instant max weapons for your new toons, plus you can earn 30k doing the special stuff. I originally said 40, I checked and it's 30.

Not only is it worth it, its absolutely awesome since you 1. have special discovery missions where you can gain a lot of money 2. get special skins that are BEAUTIFUL 3. Use other characters with special skills you wouldn't normally use 4. See part of the missing storyline...

Believe me this is just the icing on the cake... get it.

Now what i really want is a NEW bonus mission pack focusing on the gods. Would def. be better from the boredom in this game right now...

If you compare it with the bonus weapon pack, which cost half the prize at the time, I think it's worth it. Don't expect too much from the playable content but the golden weapons are nice.

Also, it's a nice change to play solo and as one of the legendary heroes in the storyline.

and the skins look pretty awesome too.

It was fun I guess the first time through, now they're just a free way to get max weapons with decent skins.

I guess it pleased the lore people.

They're cute missions but short, no HM or anything advanced about them. Weapon skins are perhaps the nicest looking that were ever released, but in the long run nice weapon skins add pretty much nothing to playing the game.

I'd say it's low value though, if you want to do more for $10 go to the game store find an old game you missed that's cheap.

Good looking weapon skins make you a better player, try it sometime!

10$ for nice skins and 500g every finish for every -short- mission? I like.

it was nice....something that anet should do more of---especially with the lack of anything else until the next 'thing' comes out.....

Read this and compare it to the price of full game and the length and quality of a full game and then decide yourself.

BMP was a good product. They should have given us a historian titke for completing all the discoveries but instead we got a non-activity title like party animal wtf is Anet thinking?

The BMP is outdated.

You do not really want to pay money for item skins. There are probably alternatives or even better skins out there.

For the playable content, I touched it once, twice... and then never again.
Very nice for the first time, but linear and totally exhaused once you have done it.

Plus if this is a hint for their ideas for GW2, it makes me shiver...

Get it, it's A grade quality work - not an A+ because of no character voice acting besides the book voiceover, but it's still an amazing little addon.
