Drop rate for these seem to be dry. Me and my friend have farmed raptors for over six hours. We calculated that we killed over 5700 raptors. We only got five tonics total. Blah.
It could just be that we're horribly unlucky though.
However, I had 100+ of each holiday item, 3 black dyes, and I got over sixty golds. Go figure.

I got like 10 of those tonics in 8 hours of raptors, Don't say it isn't true becouse it is just a matter of luck ( just like the other drops)

Didn't even get one doing a complete vanquish of Varajar Fells in HM with the quest (over 500 kills) on Friday, but then finishing up some of the Mirza Veldrunner stuff yesterday in Sunward Marches (A Bushel of Trouble) one Frosty Tonic dropped........................
