Same problem often disconnected while zoning and cannot reconnect for some time afterwards always with the "Error Code 13" message.
This started along with the Wintersday event.
Its not only the Euro districts i've had the problem in american and others as well.

i can log on any character that isnt in GH, very odd
for those that are in GH i get error 13

I can confirm that the issues are not because the cleaning lady has unplugged the servers to plug in the hoover.
It looks like there is a connectivity issue between the data centers in Frankfurt and Los Angeles.
I keep you posted as soon as I have more precise information.

Well there you go, we found our problem. Guess where Frankfurt is? yep Germany. and whats Germany experiencing right now? thunderstorms. most likely knocked out the servers, 2 and 2 go together doncha think?
