Well, now I have 26 titles, and it sickens me that I won't be able to achieve the God amongst mere mortals one, because Pvp titles like Kurzick savior or gladiator have excessive requirements and I don't have the time, and the others require millions in gold, and are ridiculous for me (Drunkard, Sweet tooth). Therefore I want at least 4 more titles that require SKILL and not months of mindless farming.
I propose 4 titles for mission achieving: Tyrian/Canthan/Elonian and Legendary (Helper/Savior/Accomplisher?) You choose the name.
Another one could go for money earnings, I mean by in-game drops and not for trades (Richie Rich?)
Maybe you think that's too easy and everybody would have the God title, but I'd like to enjoy the game playing with others, trying new builds, doing something different everyday, instead of wasting my life away doing repetitive tasks.

That said, important thing in quote bolded. I assume you mean quests since there's already 7 titles related to missions? Either way, I don't think we need any more titles than what's already there. No poll, so /notsigned.

GW too hard for me? After achieving all the hard mode titles like Vanquisher? You gotta be kidding me. I don't want the God title so I can BS in the outposts. I want it so I can get great stuff in GW2. And since I love my Elementalist, being a GWAMM is something personal.

What do you think of the game when you want to do some dungeon or main mission and you don't find a single individual, guildie or friend to go with you? They're all too busy grinding and farming, and that's not cool.
BTW, other titles are just as easy as those I want. Skill Hunter required to download a list of bosses and kill all of them one by one. Cartographer required to use some software (everybody does it). So what would be different about the mission's title?.

You should keep in mind that there's been tons of threads like this, created by people who want titles but arn't willing to do anything to get them them. For the most part, people do bash them because they're pointless.....all they do is add text below your name. What will that do for you? Some people also suggest adding titles that do somehow improve your character, and people don't like that either because the majority wants to move away from a game that rewards grind. Anet is starting to understand this, and may finally reduce the grind linked to PvE skills (if you read the Dev update). This also means that the chances of GW1 titles giving you anything useful for GW2 will be low. |
