Ok, there's a fundamental problem with UW...
Unfortunately, quite a few times I've seen folks INTENTIONALLY killing reapers before others in the party can get the end-chest. It's not right that these punks can just get the reaper killed before the rest of the party can get the end-chest, and then go on their merry way.
And PLEASE don't simply respond with 'well just open the chest sooner!' - this is NOT a solution as some quests require team members to kill-off monsters long after the quest registers as completed. A great example of this is the '4 Horsemen quest', where the two terras must kill off the remaining dryders so they don't kill the reaper.
Seems like the answer is either (1) not kicking out the team due to reaper-deaths AFTER completing all 10 quests (perhaps make the reapers invulnerable at this point, so they can't die??), or (2) somehow punishing the perpetrators with 'dishonorable points' (although I have no idea how the game engine would determine who killed the reaper).
Recently ANet made the change to not teleport the entire party once all 10 quests are completed. Now I say that, due to the above issue, further updates are needed to prevent inconsiderate players from preventing their party members from getting the UW end-chest.
