UW Change - can't be kicked once completing all 10 quests due to Reaper death

Ok, there's a fundamental problem with UW...
Unfortunately, quite a few times I've seen folks INTENTIONALLY killing reapers before others in the party can get the end-chest. It's not right that these punks can just get the reaper killed before the rest of the party can get the end-chest, and then go on their merry way.
And PLEASE don't simply respond with 'well just open the chest sooner!' - this is NOT a solution as some quests require team members to kill-off monsters long after the quest registers as completed. A great example of this is the '4 Horsemen quest', where the two terras must kill off the remaining dryders so they don't kill the reaper.
Seems like the answer is either (1) not kicking out the team due to reaper-deaths AFTER completing all 10 quests (perhaps make the reapers invulnerable at this point, so they can't die??), or (2) somehow punishing the perpetrators with 'dishonorable points' (although I have no idea how the game engine would determine who killed the reaper).
Recently ANet made the change to not teleport the entire party once all 10 quests are completed. Now I say that, due to the above issue, further updates are needed to prevent inconsiderate players from preventing their party members from getting the UW end-chest.

Maybe just make it so monsters ignore Reapers once all quests are finished? Like some NPCs in FoW. Would be even explainable plot-wise - after finishing those 10 quests, Grenth regains his control in UW and monsters stop being aggressive towards his servants, so Grenth won't punish them.

I would /sign just coz I understand its a problem for pugs. Easy solution in the mean time, only do UW with guildies/ppl you know and trust. Just like all elite areas, having random players in your team increases your chances of failing dramatically.

TBH something like this hadn't even crossed my mind. I guess every time I've done the UW we just killed anything that even had a chance to kill the reaper. That totally sucks for anybody to have happen.
And like was just said, more reason why PuGs fail.

Yeah this happened to my alliance group a while back. We had one pug. Who had a role. He didn't finish his role and went to farm. We had a few fuss at him and we got flamed. Called us noobs and such. So we had to finish his work and did as a party. But he stayed behind at labyrinth. After chest spawned he ported somewhere and brought agro into a reaper, thus killing him, thus kicking our team.
I even suggested the same thing on the other GW forum. I just wished after last quest is complete the Reaper npc would become neutral to all foes.
