Great news about the hero and to be honest the, Complete guild wars collection for £24 at play.com is excellent, i might get that for a second account, At the very least everyone needs storage right...

Oh, and now that you can get the entire game (with 8 character slots) for $50, maybe its about time to lower to cost of character slots? Ah? No. Oh well, more buisness lost.

Play.com had a GW ultra edition announced for last year's summer. Don't trust all they post.

I know how much hard work you are doing and appreciate everything you do for the players.

My question is why a dervish why not a Mesmer or one of the other professions that dose not have 3 yet like sin, rit, and para?

this is different from the usual limited edition stuff so i dont expect it to be the only way of gettin MOX neither do i expect them to sell them in the online store.
I would prefer for the ultimate edition to have it but also for those who have all 3 versions - kinda similar to the way the mini moa chick egg works.

It sounds great becuase i own all the games so theres gotta be a way for me to obtain him (him?)...i tihnk the heroes amount is fair because if you owned nightfall you got one of each profession + spares for the ones you will most need. (2 monks; 1 prot, 1 heal etc)... EOTN gave us 1 of each profession which is useful if you don't own nightfall but i see it as a an added bonus when you own both as it completes the set of giving a different gender for each profession.

Extra cool hero is nice. ^^

Eh... if the golem doesn't have anything special about him, i wouldn't bother... BTW thats almost $50 for the entire set!!!! WOW I paid around that for just one campaign, might get it for a friend or something....

well i'm a little ticked that i just spent 85 bucks plus shipping and all that crap, for the whole set for an alternate account when i could have waited a month for the $50 box set. oh well maybe account #3?? i could always use more reward points at the beginning of each month so we'll see.

The box will not be released at the same date across territories, so release dates vary.

Follow up on my own question, it does appear to be the same. Amazon.com has a picture of the GW Trilogy box for their pre-order and it says "Includes the BONUS Golem Hero!"

For people complaining that it's going to be a derv as opposed to an assassin or a mesmer - how many of you use assassins or mesmers as your heroes, or would need to use more than one?

Not only that its a big hulking Golum. Not sure it would have the dexterity or reflexes to be a sin or a mes. Am i thinking too hard about this
