I'm sick seeing all those bloody flashy chaos gloves ; they hurt my eyes and are to ff'ing shiny & flashy ..
I'im willing to pay 5$ just so i don't have to see them anymore .

They are not that obstructive (unless you're unlucky enough to find a District-full of characters wearing them), and I hardly notice them. I agree, the chaos gloves look like shit. Thankfully I almost never see them because I H/H or play with guildies. I'm sure you could use Texmod to alter them so they look less like crap though.

Though, to be perfectly honest, are you REALLY seeing a "district-full of Chaos Gloves" where everyone else is wearing them? I honestly doubt it. There are some people who don't like them or can't even afford them. And, as I said before, they aren't obstructive in the least. Case in point, my guildie wears them, and I hardly notice them unless I'm up close to him (which, in most cases, is a lethal mistake (unless there's a Black Dye for me right next to him! ^_^)).

The only problem with Texmod and those butt-ugly chaos gloves is you can dye them. I don't think many people dye them, however, so Texmod is still a much better alternative.
