What hes asking is for is our full guilds name under ours where the titles are displayed currently.

This is a great idea. Duplicate guild tags can be a pain in the rear. When my guild was a part of a larger alliance there were duplicate tags (for a variety of reasons, and not a part of the alliance) it's a pain being whispered or spammed because someone from another guild completely unrelated to your own has being involved in underhand actions. Trying to explain to others that there are indeed duplicate tags for some of the well known guilds is next to pointless as there is no quick or easy way to prove it.
Don't make it a title. Make it a feature. I can't see how this would be overly difficult.
Make it togglable, so those who don't want to show their guild don't, and those who aren't in a guild aren't distiguishable from those who are - cutting down on the spam they receive.
Put the tag next to the guild - so we can all have a laugh at the funny ones, and have the racist/sexist/or otherwise highly vulgar ones banned accordingly.

idea is very nice. Many people do not display their titles so possibility of displaying a guild name is interesting. Maybe there should be as well a possibility to display guild banner on the shield as medieval knights did. Most of shields are ugly.

I think that displaying the guild banner on shields wouldn't turn out that well. I'm under the impression that it would look REALLY bad on a lot of shields.

Shields would have to be WAY bigger to be able to make many guild names readable or even to fit them on there. The name would just be too small and unless you get real close or have a 22' HD screen for your comp I don't see you being able to read the print on the shields.

Great idea. It would be very nice to see more of the many creative guild names out there other than just the ones that win HoH.
Not a big fan of the idea of showing the leader/officer/member status due to people getting acting superior to others in groups because they're a guild leader or officer. We all know it would happen when you get some noob pug in the party who created his own guild with 7 inactive members. Last thing anyone needs is those people going on even more of an ego trip.

Welll, what I know for sure is that the titles we see now are just chosen from a simple numbered list:
1 : Rank 1, title A
2: Rank 2, title A
xxx: rank 8, title N
Etc.
But showing Guild Names would mean more than that.
