I'm pretty 99% sure you cant get either of those in a mainly PVE alliance..

The main thing about this that gets me is that it's going to be abused for "title" guild names and for offensive names that think they're very smart - then you'd need to have a new /report button for offensive guild names and such.
People have brought this up in the thread already and I did not initially see the need for repetition, so I proposed a suggestion to get guild names known, which appeared to be the main point of contention for this idea proposal.

My bad. You can own a town, yep? (: Then people who travel there in PVE will get used not just to your name, but your cape as well.

As far as 'title' guilds go, I could really care less if some new players think players x, y, and z have a certain title due to their guild name. I'm also considering suggesting that the tag be dropped down behind the guild name instead of behind the character name when the title is displayed to avoid excess confusion with titles. Input would be nice.
edit: Updated OP

With the upcoming PvE update in November coming, I think that more discussion on this topic would be much appreciated - and perhaps shape it into an even more reasonable suggestion that has an actual chance to be implemented.
