I'm a tad miffed that the OP hasn't taken time to re-edit their first post to clarify what exactly they are asking, moreso because people are still asking questions that should/could have been answered a long time ago.

it would be nice to have approriate effect from titles to be automatically applied in the appropriate areas. however, there a possible situations where a person may not want an effect applied. none comes to mind really though =)
