For instance, The [assassins promise][cry of pain] build is a perfectly fine and capable build. Its attributes are only spread through 3 lines to make for maximum potency in the skills (deadly arts, fast casting and inspiration).[[channeling], [[ether signet], and [[assassins promise] is all you need for e-management (and yes, [[channeling] is effective for a midliner, i have found it very effective) There is nothing wrong with using 2 hexes to prime [[cry of pain] and [[ether nightmare] and [[mind wrack] are great choices because one has a long duration with fast recharge while the other is a strong AoE spell that doesn't need any attributes to fuel. Will the build work anywhere? Yes it will. Would other people flame it just because someone might have a different opinion? Answer not necessary.
"Fine and capable" can be anything in PvE. "Best you can get" should be the priorities. Also, if you have Ether Signet you lack the requirement of Channeling anyway. You finding Channeling effective in PvE must mean that Mending is effective in PvE too, by the way. Also, no flames here. Just for fun, would you like to point it out or are you just making false statements without a blink of evidence towards that claim? Are you just soft-skinned? Either way, I'm not going to stop posting. This is just funny. Bobby2 Desert Rose -Lotus- Desert Rose

Sorry, i dont see the connection between our posts.
I just pointed out that the sentence "When it says "enemies in the area" it means in your aggro bubble." is wrong. Div

Ive seen people who kite by dancing in circles <Q><S><E><W>(a bit more effective)
Ive seen people who kite by strafing in a circular motion around the mob staying in the circumference of the mob. (this method works but you better have some self heals because you will leave the reach of the healers.)
I personally kite by trying to find a body block or meat shield (minions) to screen the enemy and i may throw in a [[you move like a dwarf] (most effective method of kiting IMHO) but thats only if i am taking more melee than i can withstand. If its just one warrior on my tail, ill probably stand there and spike him down.
see how there are different methods of kiting? but still only one definition?
