There were a few technical issues with the Xunlai points distribution this month. We are going to push another build live today to address the problem.
Some people may have received extra Reward Points due to this technical problem. This oversight will be corrected with next month's build. So this means, if you've incorrectly received extra points this month, next month's update will remove the points that were incorrectly given to you. (Yes, that means everyone frantically running over to the XTH guy because people thought he was giving out extra points.)
We apologize for all the confusion caused by this technical issue.

A-Net screws up and you get punished? It's more like if your bank accidentally (for whatever reasons) transfers $1 million into your checking account and you withdraw it and spend it. They're going to want the money back, and it didn't belong to you to begin with.

I logged and received the same exact points from the december mATs. which was 130 points.
I thought this was odd after doing the math on what i thought i was suppose to receive for the january mAT. So now i log on and get 80 which is closer to what i expected.
This will hurt a little in the coming months for me. I do see why the roll over, but this really blows. It isn't our fault that someone accidentally gave away the December points again. That is programming 101.

I'm wondering if there are other bugs in the system - I made the exact same predictions on three accounts and got different amounts of points on each account - 55 on one, 30 on the second, 0 on the third.

I made bad predictions anyway this month, was too early. So the good things is, the double keys make somewhat up for that. I'm hoping to get good predictions next month so I won't feel the difference that much.

I seem to be experiencing a small problem with the Tournament points..
We have several accounts in my family, and we all enjoy playing Guild Wars together.. We have all been making regular predictions on the tournaments and all submit the same predictions on the same day at the same time,,, and all have generally been getting the same number of reward points until lately... this month I received 55 tournament points but each of the other accounts only received 5 tournament points each even though we all submitted our predictions together at the same time... While some players may have received undeserved points other have been punished or did not get the points they did deserve, Are the point shortages going to be addressed or will my family need to submit 5 separate requests for customer support?
