I think kuunavang needs to be updated. After the huge price increase to 110e I guess everyone decided to sell and the price has dropped dramatically. I tried forever to sell one for more than 80e. Most offers were 60 / 65e. I accepted 75e and never seen anyone sell for more since.

So price now is around 300k rather than 400k.
