This is a server problem, and before looking into ways to patch the issue, we want to examine the core problem. But at this moment there is no time on the Server Team's schedule for this. They're really busy with GW2. We would like to fix the issue, and we are looking into the feasibility of this. Just because we say that we're not able to fix it _right now_, doesn't mean we don't know and understand that players are concerned about it, and it doesn't mean we don't want to address it.

Honest answer here Regina.
You, the GMs from Support and everyone I've heard from have said they are aware of syncing, of the why that causes concerns, and that you intend to fix it someday. You say you care, and you take it seriously, and that it's being looked into, etc etc etc. But big thing to notice here:
nothing has happened. Syncing has been a problem for ages and ages, nothing happened. Bots have become a problem in RA for months, and yet though I report them every time I see them - including sending tickets to support - nothing has happened either. Champ farming has been occuring for ages and ages, and yet only now does it get addressed (and not even addressed: it's just "we'll look into it if it gets reported" - see what happens with bots, next it'll be "I reviewed the game logs and couldn't find a violation").
Remember the adage, actions speak louder than words? You can say you care, but unless you do something about it, everything simply points to you
not caring. Do you want me to search up the oldest thread here on Guru about syncing? What gives? If you really cared about syncing you would've fixed it already. Example: Necro Deathspike - the Shadow Walk + Death Nova game bug that caused heaps of unprottable damage. That was broken, and obviously ANet cared enough about it to fix it ASAP. I'd imagine whoever did the fixing is no less busy than he is now, yet it was done. Nothing has been done about RA syncing.
The way I see it, maybe you care a little, but not enough to actually do something. Whatever is taking up the Server Team's time is more important than fixing syncing in RA, and that ANet doesn't care enough about syncing to fix it. That's what really is the case. Be brave and admit it. It's not ideal, but it's a lot more honest than telling the community 'we care' but not actually caring.
