I hope they updated the password changing function

cause that was a mess on the plaync site.

Apart from that, the site looks great! Though still some bugs here and there.

So I send in a request, it asks me for my email and it says "if it is not yet in our database, you need to create an account". I think, no problem, my email address is already in there, and I continue sending my support question.
Guess what happens... "please register your email address"
So when I do what it says and "reregister my account" I get the message "this email address is already in use"

So, I can't log in, I can't recover my password and I can't send anything to support?

I have had a similar issue for three years (although I can log in no problem). I've been trying to get the email addy and password changed on my account but NCSoft - WHEN they bothered to answer emails - wanted all sorts of info, most of which I have provided numerous times (and now have forgotten some of) yet they do nothing. I can't change the password, I can't change the addy it's associated with, I can't get ANY support without regurgitating information that is four years old and *supposedly* stored within their system!

Hopefully the new changes go beyond just a pretty sparkly new site. Let's hope they have someone in the Support Dept with an actual brain.

Dragons can fly too, even though they don't have the right bodysize...

Seen some ingame footage and apparently you need some special kind of air to be able to fly, and you need to fly trough portals to be able to fly long and far enough.
Aion looks really good, but I can't afford p2p.

Hope the problem with my account on ncsoft has to do with the new site being updated, cause I never had problems before.

Jobs aren't loading either.

Links to the games up top are black like the background so people can't see them.

Whoever did this website should either be fired or his manager should be fired for making it go live in such a bad state.

lol with the only release opening in ANet's product line being 2012 (check the other thread) I would say Guildwars 2 taking longer then 3 years since it been worked on for a while already.

I had the same problem when NoScript was blocking most of the content, but I don't see it on your Firefox.
