Why doesn't anet fix armour clippings etc.?

I'd like to see the armor bugs fixed as well. A few that bother me:
-Staffs go through cape
-Scrambled effect on Ritualist Monument armor top
-Mesmer chaos gloves clip with almost everything (otherwise I might have bought them!)
-Ranger Monument armor has silvery lines at every angle
-Mesmer Obsidian armor has "butt boxes", I don't know what else to call them lol

I wish they'd fix dyeable areas on armor. Certain armors come up with patches of red color which look like they are supposed to be part of the dyeable area, but don't actually dye.

I've personally not had any problems with clipping. I've seen on Female Eles that staves clip through the cape, but I don't currently play an Ele, or a Necro, so no clipping there.
Then there's the hair clipping when zoomed out, but I just ignore that and I'm usually zoomed in anyway.
So all in all, it doesn't affect me, so I'm not too bothered.

The most obvious one by far is the staves going through cloaks which is blatant to any caster the first 5 min of gameplay. I have no idea how they could have overlooked this for so long but its ridiculous,
Screw necro obsidian armor clipping, all casters have to roll with mainhand/offhand or with guild cloak graphic disabled to avoid it.

What's interesting is the way WoW gets around this problem, You can sheath your weapons, so that the only time weapon clipping issues become evident is during combat, when your attention is focused elsewhere, brilliant solution imo wish GW employed it

I don't expect it to be fixed, but the clipping issue reminded me of something I saw last night when I was flipping through character creation...
Basically that a part of one of the female ranger faces was clipping straight through her hairstyle (Prophecies).
