Seeing how they are supposed to be "super rare" (by Linsey's words), I'd say a few months, if not a year, before a single person can get a stack.
Besides, people would rather sell individual eggs, as you only need one per account and they will be worth a few stacks of ectos for a while, I'm sure.

Actually there is a plenty of them in the High-End sale thread here on Guru. I am not sure about them being super rare.

don't forget that they're only worth 50k balth (you have to have a 50k+ balth cap), which is worth 40k in zkeys
so 50k seems a reasonable price

As a sidenote, I was a little sad he didn't spawn in Dragon's Gullet. It'd be a great way to get people to experience portions of the map they'd normally not have to go to.
