For warriors. Just do NM with Hundred blades.
Ball them up. FGJ>Enraging Charge>Hundred Blades> then hit one and you should have enough adren for whirlwind>whirlwind and they all die.
This is for right outside of jokanur diggings for the lvl 6s.
But for me, more crap from nick lol.

lol this is a joke XD. All you do is use ur Dervish with Avatar of Balthazar and basically use the speed boost to run there. The scythe basically 1 hit KOs every scale it touches (which may be more then one in many cases because of the closeness). SOOO easy.

Well that was easy for my main account just run around killing skale and got my 5 soup in 15- 20 min but presents ack.

yes packrat to the rescue again...had nearly a full stack of them thar fins.....yet as yet nic still doesnt want to give me anything good:10 sparklers, 10 poppers, 5 mysterious tonics, 5 merch summoners and 10 honeycombs....will get my hubby to go there and see what he gets---

Apparently, the skale hate me.
In a single run I got about a dozen skale teeth and nearly as many skale claws. But only one fin.
However, on the upside, I also got a white dye, so...can't complain too much

I'd say white dye would sell for more than the commoner Nicholas drops. All I got were consumables again. Oh well. Not bad swaps for skale fins..

Thanks! Nice quick find this week, and a nice easy farm... so, the rest of this week I can actually spend on playing the game. Imagine.
And the contrasts in farming continues, one week - horrible to farm, the next week - ridiculously easy.
I must say, last week was the most horrible of all the items to farm, just because of the sheer number... 25.

Hmm, I thought I'd try farming them in HM, for chests and golds/tomes/etc. However, it seems these MOBs are so low level, that in NM they always drop something, but in HM they only drop 1 in 3-4 (using same exact build). So, you prolly get 3-4 times as many trophy drops in NM as HM, due to this loot drop nerf. And, it takes about 2-3+ times as long to kill them in HM as NM - so you're looking at almost 8 times more trophy drops in NM over time?!?
And, chests in HM were rarely along the route I took - but of course in NM there was an Istani one LOL. Did get 2 tomes (ele/war), but it seemed about 2 fins per run NM, rarely any in HM (4 runs gave 0). FWIW, way more teeth and claws than fins dropped...

I still stick to what i said in this thread somewhere.
That whatever Nic is collecting they are changing the drop rate slightly for that item only.
I farm things there for events trades Halloween Wintersday whatever and always got more
fins than what i am getting this week doing the same setup runs and paths.
Never had so many teeth drop on runs either. O.o

I'd rather trade 5 skale teeth for a gift rather than 2 skale fins. At least the teeth actually....drop.

if you have the quest in beknur harbor available where all the skale attack the village, that's the best way I've found to do it. Got all of my fins in about 10-15 min, and that's with using a couple heroes.

Well.. i wouldn't QQ if ectos was the item he wanted. Id just be enjoying farming them and selling for a higher price that week, and just skip the gifts.
