Hehe I was able to solo roughly 20 tusks per with spiritspam. Im standing in front of Nicky right now in the old location in pongmei. I havent tried that before, I tought hee would just disappear. But he isnt reacting when spoken to, so maybe its just a mental image left from him^^

I have multiple accounts, and have been giving all the gifts to one account to open until it gets a decent gift, got the walking stick in July, switched to account two got a Moss egg 3 weeks ago, switched to account 3 got the insc IDS last week, on to account four for me!!!

He's Next to Imperial Guardsman Yang, so yes you have to run aaaall the way around through the jade brotherhood to get to him. Can confirm 3 bracelets/gift.
