If he asks for Kirin Horns (the ones that drop from jade torn kirin) i may have to go to Anet HQ and set whoever chose that item on fire.

He should require year 1 mini pets, that would help thin the heard. Being able to get rid of 5 1st year mini pets would be great! I'd rather give them to him for something useful rather than selling them for 1-2k to a player who's just gonna sell them for 5k to a newbie.
I'm not good at predicting loot reqs, since I don't know them all real well. But.
P - Phantasmic remains - phantom remains? Don't remember which it is, but its pretty rare (I think.)
F - No idea, truffles are hard to get but I'v had 5 (for that festival dish the cooks make)
N - Doubt hes gonna be here again and I can't think of anything harder to get than essences. Margonite masks are easy to get. Wish I would been on when he was taking those! (got 3 stacks)
E - Again, no idea. Not played enough to know loot drops.
