Even though it's only cosmetic (though, most everything in GW is about shininess), it seems unfair that you can pay for a feature that people who bought all the games can't have.
But, whatever. More money for them. Doesn't really affect anything.

What they should have done is add this and the other new features as rewards for Zcoins. That would have made the Zcoins alot more popular and relevant.
