I think you may be onto something there sir, that's quite a novel idea you have. It certainly would make pve a little more interesting, at the very least.

Could solo all of Tombs with it if you were patient, but it took longer, and it took more skill. As far as the idea the OP presented.... LOL.... no. SF is already broken (in my opinion) and your idea would simply make it worse. Not only would it be bad for the games economy, it would be bad for the games population. |

Answer ALOT SF is immune to everything can still fail ALOT.
Just leave SF alone. Its been in play long enough theres no point in changing it. The damage has already been done. And chaning SF wont bring anything back.

I'm not opposed to Sins farming. I'm not opposed to shadow form being able to be permanently maintained. I'm not opposed to speed clears, farm groups, smiters, button-mashing abuse in any form.
I'm opposed to the stellar lack of counters, especially for the Shadow Form.
Weren't the nightmares put into UW to make the 55 solo more difficult? Shock on those 2 small groups of Charged Blacknesses to get through SF? The Raptors have skills to get past stances, and to interrupt spells...but they have no chance of interrupting a perma sin.
For the kinds of areas where frickin' voices of the gods warn you that you need full teams...I think you should need full teams. I think there should be counters (rending touch, for instance? Consistent Obsidian Behemoth Spawns that BLOCK the way?).
And I'm not opposed to seeing other changes: D-shot on the skellies outside Bergen... touch skills and KDs on more than just the Enchanted in CoF.
It's been said before: As it is, SF really combines 2 elites, without the drawbacks that A-Net often builds in...
(Consider Vow of Silence: you cannot be the target of ANY spells, including your own. Spell Breaker can still suffer physical damage; takes some work to keep up permanently. Mist Form: Cannot deal damage from attacks.).
The post above me does point something out: we don't really know how often these speed groups and farm trips fail. Unfortunately, the answer might be: not as often as they should.
Look, ANet and some Devs even said that farming is a legit way to play. I do agree there: but I think that an uncounterable elite is way too overpowered.

this is an extremely retarded suggestion and it seems as if little to no thought was given to it. if u want to perma farm, make a sin, *sigh* if u are unable to make a sin for perma within a reasonable amount of time, then ur playing lvl is too low for it to be of any use to u anyways. wtf would u do with ur version of fvcking shadow form? u wouldn't be able to farm. like, wtf... *sigh* waste of breath

Well in an hour and 10minutes you could do urgoz, fow, doa, and uw. How crazy is that, its even more overpowered than bearway.
