That being said, I have gotten a pretty good bargain out of the deal, as far as game time per dollars spent, so I can't complain too much.
The artistic comparison would be if the Dark Tower series (by Steven King) had ended at the end of the third book, where the characters where on a train barreling towards a rock wall or something. We need denoument (hehe, fancy word), but we can't expect things to go on forever.

After all of the "Stuck Togos," "Stuck Mhenlos," disconnects, party wipes because A-Net allows n00bs to play this game, broken lockpicks on grape chests, holiday present thieves (glad they fixed that, BTW), and a bunch of other stuff that I can't think of at the moment, I would have to say that A-Net owes me (and anyone else) exactly two things:

Second trader reset when Anet screwed up and did a game-wide rollback, I had just completed THK w/bonus (using henchies of course, because PUG's and my guild at the time both failed horribly at THK). Had to re-do it, so I guess Anet owes me a bit of repetitious time for that one, since it was actually their error that caused the problem. I'll second the tengu mask and Factions CE delays complaints as well - those were both very poor planning & execution on Anet's part.
Overall, though, those things are insignificant in light of 4 years playtime.

I've gotten 4 years of fun for just a few hundred dollars. So I slip after doing something for 2 hours or so. So what? That is annoying, but nothing compared to what they have given me!
