None. The Guild Wars art team is one of the most talented groups out there. In my opinion, the art and style is the best part of the game. Despite being four years old, it still looks good. There is no need to try to emulate anyone else.

I concur, i have seen some mates playing older games, and some of the graphics make me cringe. But i can happily play GW without feeling the graphics are terrible, even though im used to games such as GoW2, Assassins Creed and Crysis.
The concept art for the various GW products is also some of my favourate concept art in the gaming industry, Daniel Dociu's especially.
