I have 7 accounts tied to 1 NCsoft account and 1 tied to another. I got no points for any account. That is knowing that althought my predictions were crap for the month I did get a couple of point scoring placements but no points for it.

Ok guys, ANet will not discriminate against you if you have 100 accounts and thus 100 predictions. Hell they should be kissin your arse for buying so many accounts. The problem with getting out reward points is not some secret plan to screw you somehow, its just that difficult for them to get them out on time for everyone.

Have you guys made prediction of June tournament before getting the reward points for May? Since I have never touched XTH after making my May prediction, and I got reward points for both my accounts linked to same NCsoft master account, is it possible there is some connection here? I don't know when the prediction of June tournament began. If you can make June prediction before the update yesterday, it might mess up the system. Just my curious thoughts, might be totally irrelevant.

A friend of mine does my predictions at the same time he does his (I have 2 accounts, he has one). He used exactly the same predictions for all 3 accounts. His account got 80 points, my main account got 30 points and my second account got nothing

You guys do know that if anet would have never changed the UI for the XTH that more than likely there would have never been a problem with the points but since you ppl are to stupid to navigate the old one they had to change it. I would guess they are slowly releasing points in order of the amount of time so it would seem your main account is the only one getting the points. Probably eventually they will release it for the other accounts but there is a lower priority.

Hello, As you are aware, the distribution of May Xunlai Tournament Points took place on June 18th. Unfortunately, a problem developed during the distribution. Many players received their points, but some players appear to have received the incorrect number of points, and others did not receive any points at all, even though they did make predictions. Yesterday I logged into the XTH, and I can still see my locked predictions are there for May.
It appears most didn't get points - do they really expect us all to file complaints for *each* account, and swamp their service response system for an issue that they should be easily able to resolve on their end with the flick of 1 button?!?

main account I did the predictions early and managed to get my GvG predictions in, the other 6 I just got to hit the random button for the 1v1 after the problem with not being able to predict GvG due to the server being unable to handle the heavy traffic. My GvG predictions had 2 wins and 1 place. This alone should have gotten my main account 80 reward points. I got this:

PS. voting with multiple accounts is not an issue, I had questions about this prior to the big XTH update so I sent in a ticket, the response was that as long as they were legally purchased, there is no issue with using multiple accounts for predictions as you have paid for the extra points.
