If your opinion is different from someone elses please respond in a way in which other people can understand your point of view.
To respond to your post, 1) nothing is free, ANet is a for profit company, they did not make XTH for solely your benefit but ultimately their own; 2) They may take XTH reward pts. or other parts of the game down completely but I believe that would cause more problems for ANet then keeping it up; 3) Since ANet has limited resources, they need to prioritize what they work on, complaining to them lets them know at least that its important to you, the customer, and may cause them to spend more resources on fixing it; 4) XTH was advertized on their website even if its not on a box they have advertized it as a tool to sell additional copies of GW to new and existing GW clients. If they advertised it elsewhere, just because its not on the box does not mean they do not need to deliver.
BTW when you use Quotes " " you should be actually repeating what someone has already said. If you're being figurative then the quote should at least be representative what has been said. I do not believe anyone has said they spent anywhere near $9,000.00 on GW. I may be the closest but still way off this figure ^^.
