New builds for UWSC after potential SF-nerf?

As we all know, Anet is obviously going to find some way to destroy SF for SC's. This is inevitable.
In order to get a head start, let's start crafting new builds for UWSC, FOWSC, etc.
UWSC current format:
ChamberSin: A/Me
ValeSin: A/N(D)(E)
ValeSupport: N/Rt
MountainSin: A/E
PoolsSin: A/E
PlainsSin: A/E
PitsSin: A/E
WasteSin: A/E
Chamber
Goal: Clear the Chamber, Unwanted Guests
Main Threat: Aatxes, interrupts
Vale
Goal: Wrathful Spirits (Clear vale neighborhood, in other words.) Escort of Souls.
Main Threat: interrupts, IW, Mindblade Spectres
Mountains
Goal: Demon Assassin
Main Threat: NR, Traps
Pools
Goal: Terrorweb Queen
Main Threat: Charged Blacknesses
Plains
Goal: Four Horsemen
Main Threat: Time is a bit of a factor, Hum Sig
Pits
Goal: Imprisoned Spirits
Main Threat: more than 1 soul dying, FoC on nearby berserk minion
Wastes
Goal: Servants of Grenth

Rundown of UWSC
ChamberSin gets Clear the Chamber quest, pulls Bladed and Graspings to corner. Pits, Plains, Pools, Vale, and WastesSins block them in. ValeSupport nukes them. Mountain runs to Mount Entrance, holds aggro. Pits, Plains, and Pools wait for CB's to run back up the Mountain. PlainsSin runs to Chaos Plains, Pools runs to Pools area, Pits runs to Bone Pits, and Mountain runs to Twin Serpent Mountain.
Meanwhile, Chamber clears chamber, ValeTeam runs to Vale. Restore is taken from Chamber, and UWG taken once ValeTeam is in Vale.
Pits clears path of enemies, pops Reaper, and holds Web aggro.
Plains clears area around Reaper spawn, waits for either Pits, Pools, or Mount to come help with 4H.
Pools clears area around Reaper spawn, kills Queen, helps with 4H.
Mount clears area around Reaper spawn, kills Slayer and at least 2 Keepers, helps with 4H.
Wastes clears path of enemies, pops Reaper, teles to Web spawn, kills Web spawn.

New Builds
Wastes: Might have to revert to Obsidian Flesh + StoneFlesh. With cons, and 17 earth, it should be able to keep both up without Glyph of Swiftness. Can take out BUH! for Dash since it will have a 17 Earth powered Sliver Armor and SFA prevents Smite damage.
Plains: Might have to revert to OF+SFA. Can easily handle aggro and 4H. Dash, again, for BUH! for movement control.
Pits: Might have to revert to OF+SFA. In order to get to Souls quicker, don't use OF till near bridge that Webs use to reach the Souls.
Mount: There is probable a Monk build that can solo this, someone mentioned this earlier. If not, OF+SFA. Should survive better than SF, anyway.
Pools: OF+SFA. same old, same old.
Chamber+Vale: Might have to 3-man these quests. I'm thinking 600/UA smite/SS with AV/SV. 600 pulls graspings at beginning, SS nukes while maintaining AV/SV on tank. Then, 600 would have to hold aggro at Mountain Entrance as OF cant tank Aatxes. Runs back to clear Chamber, pops Reaper, takes care of UWG first. Should take 8-9 mins, depending on skill and speed. After UWG done, clear Vale, Wrathful (if SS has Chilbains, it can solo IW groups while 600/smite takes care of rest. Escort Souls, and done.
If you have any ideas, please post them.

ok this looks like a scare tactic against sf sins and uwsc .
Anets said they are not going to nerf sf - theres not a lot more they can do to it that hasnt been done already.They do recognise some sins dont use perma sf just for uw and it does give sin a use - some players recall how hard being a sin and getting into any pugs was.
Im sure if anet wanted to nerf uwsc they`d find a way to stop consumables being used in uw/fow.

Obby flesh ele can do vale 2 man with a necro. Nothing new needs doing there if SF does take a considerable hit.

everyone think back to the basics you can ecto farm a duo run with a M/ME 55 and a SS cryer or SS nuker u can clear the main room in 3 min or less and also make it to the plains and farm the phantoms i do this ALOT recently cuz its effective and it hasnt been nerfed

Nobody uses A/E pits(A/D or A/Me now) and N/Rt Vale Support isnt as effective as N/Me or N/Mo.

They said they weren't going to touch SF b/c they wanted to keep it for sins to use for farming. They are just going to nerf everything around it, I.E CoP and group builds. They might add monsters with diff skills etc.

slightly off topic - remember they gave old budger the boot because of perma sf bombers mainly - they didnt touch sf but adjusted 1 npc.Didnt anet long ago add the dying nightmares to be a problem for 55 monks ( if someone can correct if im wrong ) and as mentioned changed the mindblades by more hp and making them ranged.
Sometimes they wont nerf a skill but make changes to make it harder.
End of the day its up to us to adapt soon as they change skills - and these days builds adapt in a few days or quicker .

isn't the point of nerfing SF to stop SCs? since it makes it ridiculously easy to do most things in the game. the nerf probably won't even come for a long long time.. i would assume the resolution would be some sort of ele perma flesh/stone aura/mantra of earth type thing.

I agree. Even fixing lava on terrors would simply do nothing. All you would have to do is spam sliver on them nearby and not adjacent /easy

Well, if giving monsters skills that can harm SF sins is the way to go, then...
Dead Collectors: Give them Vile Touch. Charged Blacknesses: Give them Lightning Touch Obsidian Behemoths: Give them Dust Trap instead of Fire Trap. Have them drop Obsidian Shards to compensate. Smite Crawlers: Maybe give them Symbol of Wrath. Only a few suggestions. It wouldn't kill the farm, just make it more difficult. BadgerzFTW

Signet of Disenchantment wouldn't spell the end of the run necessarily... but you would probably need 4 sins to do it since more than 1 SoD in a group makes it hard to cover your enchantments.

Put a sig of disenchant on dying nightmares and problem solved for the most part, also if you want to stop uwsc put a sig of disenchant on the banished dreams riders and bam! Plains becomes undoable and chamber area becomes extreamly hard

with sig of disenchantment wouldn't it just be necessary to carry a short recharge cover enchant? it only removes one... so it would merely slow down the runs i'm guessing, like Marverick said.
@Apok Omen: if you give the smites symbol of wrath wouldn't that ruin the warrior and derv farms too? >.< not 600/smite tho. byteme!
People have been crying for ages because their precious lil Elite areas are overrun by speed clearers. There is a firm belief that such things do not belong in the game. Well I say go ahead and nerf SF all you want. Within a week we'll be back speed clearing again and as history has shown, we'll probably do it faster. In spite. Bring it on crybabies! We'll be back to square one again in no time asking for the next nerf. I've said this before and I'll say it again. You can blame Anet all day long but at the end of the day WE THE COMMUNITY are the ones responsible for breaking the game. With the exception of a few things (SF + Ursan for example) which I'm sure some witty smartass individual will probably try to point out. DUH?!

On topic, i dont like obby flesh's 50% slower movement, that isn't really speed clear IMO. Spell breaker does the same thing except theres no armor buff.. lol, imagine a whole team of 600/smiters. Oh heres a crazy idea, use vow of silence. |
