just sold elite necro for 11k to a buyer in Kamadan.
I got one as a drop and figured I'd test shmek's prices from last month. The first wtb elite nec tome I saw declined my price. The second accepted it. So my finding is that shmek's not far off - I did not have a hard time getting 11k for an elite necro tome.
Sorry - I was lazy and didn't keep notes for how much I bought regular tomes for lately.
I do remember for sure buying ...
- many (like 30-40) reg. rit tomes for 800g once from a single seller.
- many (like 20-30) reg. monk tomes for 1k ea once from a different seller.
... sometime in the past several days.

Over all three of them I'd say I offered one for 11k to about 8-9 players with wtb ads for them before I sold them. I see people looking for these more often than any other tome, so it didn't take me very long to sell three of these for 11k ea.
