The most peaceful place in Guild Wars?
The Josip
Majesty's Rest
There's a part with almost no enemies aside of a rare oak or two throwing rocks at you. Take run skills, go alone, and enjoy.
(Other than that, some of the already mentioned areas like Ice Tooth Cave. Prophecy stray outposts are good picks in general.)

Seeker's passage in crystal desert, it is nice and quiet and the music there is relaxing!

Areas of the Crystal desert just have this haunting, lonely and desolate beauty to them and the music really sets the mood. I was mapping the difficult to get to area in the Dunes of Dispair mission for my Cartographer title, and the area way in the back is awesome. I've always loved deserts. There's something mysterious about them.
Oh, and some of the areas in Traveler's Vale and Iron Horse Mine are gorgeous and remote.
As for peaceful town? Hmmm. I like Gadd's Encampment because it reminds me of my favorite town in pre which is Foibles Fair, I just love the rain, oh and I like Destiny's Gorge.

I feel like my favorite place to relax and run around in is Lions Arch.
Granted, I turn trade and local chats off.

When running LA <-> Ascalon I'm asking people do they want Ice Tooth Cave. The usual response is "What for". On several occasions I heard "Where is that". So yes, it is exactly in the middle of nowhere

Hmmm... I have a top 10
10: Grenth's hall in UW. This place is quiet as death and small, yet kind of comfortable. If I didn't know there was monsters, ghosts and other creepy things I would take a nap there XD
9: The small water fall in Isle of Meditation. Good for... well... meditating XD
8: Bergen hot springs. What is better than relaxing in a hot spring?
7: The large waterfalls just east of the Wilds. It got a nice soothing color, a mending lake and the fresh sound of a waterfall.
6: The Arid Sea. Kind of got a hermits charm XD
5: Temple of the six gods. I know this is in enemy territory with living terrain and a creepy hell like place. But this is the only place in all of realm of torment where you can feel just remotely at peace which gives it a 5th place
4: Campfire at Yak's Bend (International dis). Camp songs!
3: Glint's room. Pretty, amazing and very quiet <3
2: The great hall in Arborstone. Kind of like a church, only without the annoying preaching XD
1: The fall in the falls that has the entrance to Zinn's lair: Aaaaaaaah XD

I like a few of the Shiverpeaks outposts. Ice Tooth Cave, Yak's Bend, Port Sledge.
But the most peaceful is definitely Destiny's Gorge:

Quote:
Destiny's Gorge: Once thought to be a mere legend, Destiny's Gorge is a beautiful oasis in the midst of the deadly Crystal Desert. Adventurers lucky enough to make it to this outpost are treated to blue waters and lush foliage, as well as all the goods and services available at outposts throughout Tyria. |

Beacon's Perch, way up on top of the hill overlooking the valley to Droknar's Forge...amazing.
Quarrel Falls definitely, very beautiful place to just chill.

Fisherman's Haven. There's an island there.. surrounded by shallow water. Its the best to see others run up to your character and first discover the peaceful island.
Jugalo Dano
My most enjoyed place to kick back and be at peace is Cavalon. It's almost always empty now; the music is beutiful; and the slowly moving turtles have a very calming effect.
For my 2nd favorite I'd have to say Deldrimore War Camp. Sure it used to be a pretty darn busy place but now that those days are long gone it's a pretty relaxing place to be, very quiet and has a great view.
